Eleanor Philpotts, BA
Ellie Philpotts is an award-winning health, medical and science journalist. Currently, she splits her professional life between freelancing as a reporter and features writer, working as a Writer and Content Editor at the Royal College of Nursing, and contributing to charity campaigns and oncology-related projects.
She was diagnosed with blood cancer at 15, and although happily in remission, remains a passionate supporter, speaker and advocate within the childhood cancer community.
She is working on a plan for her first book, aimed at young people, and also has experience tutoring English. Ellie graduated in Journalism, Media and English Literature from Cardiff University in 2017.
