Tulio Pinto Neto is an experienced Full Stack Engineer, with an extensive history in crafting institutional websites and mobile applications. He is the Principal Engineer at School Health Pulse.

His expertise spans both front-end (React JS and Flutter) and back-end (Node.js and Java Spring) development. Tulio’s areas of focus include Search Engine Optimisation and User Experience design. He is also experienced in technologies including JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
